1. سياسة الإرجاعReturn Policy
نقبل إرجاع المنتجات في الحالات التالية:We accept product returns in the following cases:
- وجود عيب مصنعي في المنتجA manufacturing defect in the product
- استلام منتج غير مطابق للوصف أو للطلبReceiving a product not matching the description or your order
شروط الإرجاعReturn Conditions

يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلامReturn request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
المنتج في حالته الأصليةProduct in original condition
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقاتProduct must be unused in its original condition with all accessories

يجب تقديم فاتورة أو رقم الطلب عند طلب الإرجاعInvoice or order number required when requesting a return
2. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاعNon-Returnable Items

- التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدامDamage caused by misuse
- خدوش أو آثار استخدام غير ناتجة عن عيب مصنعيScratches or usage marks not from manufacturing defects
- المنتجات التي تم تشغيلها بطريقة تؤثر على إمكانية إعادة بيعهاProducts used in ways affecting their resale condition
3. استرداد المبالغRefunds
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه:After receiving and inspecting the product:
- إذا تمت الموافقة، يتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل أو توفير استبدال حسب رغبة العميلIf approved, a full refund or replacement will be provided per customer preference
- يتم الاسترجاع عبر نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية أو تحويل بنكي خلال 3–7 أيام عملRefund via the same original payment method or bank transfer within 3–7 business days

تكاليف الشحن:Shipping costs: في حال كان الخطأ من Poultry Gear (عيب مصنعي أو منتج خاطئ) نتحمل كافة تكاليف الشحن.If the error is from Poultry Gear (manufacturing defect or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs.
4. سياسة الإلغاءCancellation Policy
يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه بدون أي رسوم. في حالة شحن الطلب بالفعل، يجب اتباع سياسة الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه.Orders can be cancelled before shipping at no charge. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return policy above.
